about me

I have a lot in common with crows...

I have a habit of collecting shiny things.

I hop around when happy and squawk when mad.

I enjoy eating bread.

And I know from experience how it feels to be misunderstood.

So, I can relate.

Crows are often seen as a bad omen, like black cats and walking under a ladder. But like those classic superstitions, crows are simply misunderstood.

In fact, the crow is often considered a messenger of change and transformation by many cultures throughout the world. That's why the crow is a big part of my practice's identity. Who better to represent those of us working on our mental health? As much progress has been made towards de-stigmatizing mental health and treatment, there is still a lot of fear, anxiety, and judgment out there scaring many of us away from getting help when we need it.

My goal in life is to be apart of the many good people out there working to change that.
